Swedish massage works on the muscles and soft tissues in the body including the lymphatic system. Its focus is on muscle tension, stress and relaxation. Using a combination of relaxing and soothing techniques to relieve built up stress and tension as well as more targeted kneading for knots and to free up movement.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep slow massage working the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, techniques focus on breaking down adhesions in the muscle fibres and increase oxygen to promote healing and reduce inflammation. Best for chronic pain, muscle tension, limited mobility and rehabilitation from injuries and postural problems.
Pregnancy Massage
Therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mothers needs. It is also called pre-natal massage MUST BE IN SECOND TRIMESTER TO THIRD TRIMESTER TO RECEIVE PRENATAL MASSAGE.

Policies & Cancellations
Cancellations and No Show’s: Cancellations fee for less than 24hrs will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment that was scheduled. The fee covers my time and resources. I understand that emergencies arise and illnesses occur at inopportune times. Please let me know why you need to cancel as I do my best to keep these things in mind. The fee does not go toward future appointments.
